Do you want to play an instrumental role in enabling managers and employees to grow? Do you have broad experience in designing and delivering learning solutions across levels and borders? Mediq is seeking an energetic and experienced colleague, who wants to join our transformation journey with an increased focus on people development.

You will be part of the HR Nordics Team reporting to the HR Director, Nordics, Baltics & UK. The position is based in our office in Brøndby, but you will be responsible for supporting our colleagues across 8 countries.

 

Main responsibilities

This is a newly established position, and you will be the key player in developing and driving our learning agenda in cooperation with the HR Director, senior management and stakeholders across the organization.

As our new Training & Development Manager you will analyze the business development needs to identify relevant learning solutions exploring and utilizing new digital technologies. An essential part of your role will be to orchestrate the development and execution of global blended learning initiatives in close collaboration with the business and your colleagues in HR to ensure that the applied learning methods and training processes are world class. You understand what it takes to operate in a growing and ambitious commercial business and apply a flexible approach to ensure impact.

Furthermore, you will be involved in facilitating workshops and executing various training programs both face-to-face and virtually. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, and you inspire trust and confidence in others, enabling you to build trusting relationships, both upwards and downwards, independent of the organization.

To be successful in the role, you will typically have most of these qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience with designing, developing and implementing learning solutions
  • 5+ years’ experience with facilitating training
  • Experience from working in commercially driven organizations is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of blended learning solutions
  • Excellent people skills with a passion for enabling growth
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Experience from working in global organizations
  • Fluent in English
  • You are great at relationship-building and have a strong personal drive
  • Not afraid of pulling your sleeves up
  • Flexibility; travelling activities (estimated 40-50 days per year) are expected within this role, mainly within Nordics, Baltics & UK countries
