Every day we provide products and services for a vast number of GP’s, Specialists, Hospitals, Institutions and patients with chronic disease.
As HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for handling HR administration tasks from A-Z. Activities may vary from day-to-day issues to long-term projects. The tasks include - but are not limited to - HR Policies and Procedures, employment law, employee Relations and administration. Reporting to our HR Manager, Denmark, you will be providing important support to both employees and managers.
We are looking for someone with a successful track record within HR process governance and/or service delivery, ideally also with experience in – and a passion for – HR compliance. You know your HR operational processes very well, and you always think one step ahead with a focus on constant improvement. You bring positive energy to the team and have the unique ability to take complexity out of projects, making them actionable.
