As our new Business Development Manager, you will take the lead on different commercial business development projects in order to support the primary transformational goal: To accelerate Mediq’s journey to become a health care solution and service provider.

Your tasks in headlines

  • Work closely together with the segments to develop the business and take lead on growth initiatives in line with strategy and value propositions.
  • Analyze market opportunities incl. market sizing, competitor mapping etc.
  • Identify conceptualize and implement new opportunities in collaboration with Sales Directors and Managers.
  • Drive co-development and execution of new services and digital solutions
  • Evaluate attractiveness of new opportunities and build business cases for new business and growth opportunities.
  • Develop potential partnerships opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum education degree at Bachelor level, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within business development. It is furthermore an advantage if your experience counts working within the healthcare market. Other relevant experience and competences includes:

  • Project management experience and an analytical approach
  • Experience with conceptualizing and implementing new commercial opportunities
  • Commercially focused, structured, and with a strategic mindset. Combined with ability to be pragmatic and action-oriented
  • Ability to think digital when relevant to potential solutions.
  • Experience driving partnership agreements and nurturing strategic partnerships
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management & good communication skills, written and orally.
  • Ability to drive progress independently as well as to work seamlessly within teams

The Business Development Manager will be a part of our commercial team (Marketing, Digital and Master Data) and will report to the Commercial Director.
